Empowering clients to be proactive in their recovery helps promote long term sobriety and personal transformation.

PHP/intensive outpatient treatment

We offer an Intensive Outpatient Program for those who need a more structured and rigorous approach to treatment. This is usually a 5 Day per Week required attendance for the first 28 days. During this time, patients will attend

  • 3-6 groups per day
  • 1-2 initial psychiatrist and MD consult
  • 1-2 individual therapy with a Therapist
  • 1 Individual Case Management Session
  • Bi-monthly Outings or Group Activity

outpatient treatment

Our Outpatient Program is recommended as a second stage of treatment or treatment for individuals returning home after inpatient treatment. It’s an ideal structure for an addict who has a plan of recovery and needs to maintain accountability. It is recommended to those who are looking for extra tools to maintain sobriety and to increase their chances of long lasting abstinence from substance abuse. OP is offered as a 30, 60, or 90 day program. During this time, patients will attend sessions 3 days per week. Sessions will consist of:

  • 1 Relapse Prevention group daily
  • 1 Educational study session group
  • 1 Weekly Individual Counseling session with their case manager
  • 1-2 individual therapy with a Therapist

aftercare program

During the course of your 30, 60, or 90 day treatment, you and your case manager will discuss plans for your aftercare. The planning will take place no later than 3 weeks from your discharge date. Considering what your priorities, responsibilities and goals are after treatment, you and your case manager will design a plan that is fit just right for you and your needs.

alumni membership

Sober Spot provides a group session which is open to all of its alumni members as well as current patients. Regular or semi regular attendance will promote staying connected to your therapist, qualified staff members, and other sober peers. You can be of service by sharing your experience, strength and hope to all of your peers every week you attend, check in with your counselor and other staff, remain accountable in your sobriety, and be a part of the family. This alumni meeting will be free to you as long as you decide to take advantage of it and remain sober. For more information, call or ask your counselor.
